These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenndra website, API, documentation, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Zenndra provides programmatic access to publicly available Medium-related data through a REST API. Zenndra is an independent service and is not affiliated with Medium Corporation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Accounts and API keys
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are liable for all activity under your account, including unauthorized use if caused by your failure to secure credentials.
- Notify us immediately at security@zenndra.io if you suspect compromise.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at signup or on our website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Free-tier limits apply as described in your plan documentation.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
Zenndra owns the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services according to these Terms. Medium content accessed through the API remains subject to Medium’s terms and applicable copyright law. You are responsible for how you use retrieved data.
7. Third-party services and data
The Services may depend on third-party infrastructure and data sources. We do not control Medium’s platform and are not responsible for changes, outages, or removals on Medium that affect API availability or data accuracy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENNDRA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenndra from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content or applications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
