Height & age restrictions
Children must be 3 years or older to use the Immerse inflatable and be accompanied by an adult in accordance with the pool admissions policy.
Children under 3 must remain with an adult in the half of the main pool where the fun floats and toys are located for the duration of the session.

Unfortunately, there is no train station in Cleckheaton; however, you can still get a train into local stations like Batley and Dewsbury, and get a bus the rest of the way. You can plan your journey via National Rail.

Frequently asked questions
Sessions are one hour including the briefing time. Customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session’s start time.
No. However, non-swimmers or swimmers who are not able to complete a deep water 25m swim competently will be required to wear a life jacket.

No, the life jacket is only required when you are on the inflatable.
Yes, as they must remain within 3 metres of the adult as per the Keep Me Close policy. If you or your child falls off the inflatable, the person remaining on the inflatable must also climb off to swim to the side.
No, if they have completed the swim test and have a wrist band you do not need to go on the inflatable with them.
If they wish to go on the inflatable they must wear a life jacket provided. Unfortunately, other buoyancy aids are not permitted.

We also strongly urge that when entering the water with children that, for those who are not confident, you keep them within 3 metres of your reach, in case of an emergency.
Goggles are not permitted when using the inflatable at Immerse.
If your child requires a nappy we do ask that a swim specific nappy is worn as accidents may result in a pool closure for a certain period until the relevant cleaning checks are carried out.
You must attend the safety brief for Immerse and complete a swim test. If you are late to the session after the safety brief has started or swim test completed then you must wear a lifejacket if you are under the age 16.
We allow for spectators to Immerse in the Main Pool. Spectators can sit in the spectators area of the pool.
