The House has passed my bill, Senate Bill 49 et al.. This bill prohibits the chemical mutilation and physical castration of minors. It is now headed to the Governor’s desk. Thank you to all who voted in favor of this bill.

To be clear, I did not advocate for minors to be married off to adults. Check out my video below to learn the truth about this issue. Keep your California politics out of Missouri. Democrats will say whatever they can to make sure they can keep mutilating children.

A city cannot simply ignore state law, even if they believe mutilating and permanently sterilizing children is moral behavior. Thank you @AGAndrewBailey for reminding KC law enforcement of their duty to protect the most vulnerable!

Something that is often missing is the back story. With regard to my answer, I did not discuss the details: a 12 year old impregnated a minor of similar age. With consent of the parents, they married… and are still married today.

There is a difference between mutilation and marriage. Marriage is reversible, but mutilation and sterilization are not.
