Motivation
[edit]Indonesian government satker IDs are assigned by the Ministry of Finance and used across official procurement (INAPROC/SIRUP/LKPP) and budget execution (SAKTI) systems. There are more than 20,000 units including ministries, agencies, universities, hospitals, and regional offices.
