Undeletion request for Karen Becker (Q137564249)

[edit]

The item is about Dr. Karen Becker. I was in the process of adding external IDs that demonstrate notability. For example, Library of Congress Authorities ID (P244) which is instance of (P31) Wikidata property for an identifier that suggests notability (Q62589316) https://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/no2011188896.html See also her book "The forever dog Life" on the NY Times Bestseller list https://www.nytimes.com/books/best-sellers/2024/06/23/ Piecesofuk (talk) 10:21, 24 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Do you have more than the LCAuth identifier? The link "https://www.nytimes.com/books/best-sellers/2024/06/23/" is a promotional link and does not function as a source. WikiBayer (talk) 07:43, 25 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Undeletion request for SESA SYSTEMS (Q137900182)

[edit]

Hello, I believe this deletion may be based on a misunderstanding. Wikidata does not require encyclopedic notability like Wikipedia.

The deleted item (SESA SYSTEMS) was a real French company, identified by official identifiers (SIREN, SIRET, VAT number) and sourced using official registers and the company website.

According to Wikidata:Notability, companies are acceptable when they can be clearly identified and referenced, which was the case here. Could you please reconsider or restore the item? Thank you. Sesasystems (talk) 08:26, 27 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for the clarification.
The company is registered in the official French business register (INSEE – SIRENE) with a valid SIREN number, which provides an independent and authoritative source.

Andorra

[edit]

Given that the "Catalan Countries" do not exist and never have existed, how can anyone justify including Andorra in that entity which, I repeat, doesn't even exist? Where is this change justified? It's an entirely unjustified addition made by Catalan nationalists. So, is Northern Ireland part of the Republic of Ireland because there are Irish nationalists? And is Croatia part of Greater Hungary? This is intolerable. Lopezsuarez (talk) 09:45, 1 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

There is no logic to what happened today. How can anyone justify saying that the Balearic Islands, the Valencian Community, or Andorra are part of the "Catalan Countries"? It's clear you don't understand the situation. Lopezsuarez (talk) 19:21, 1 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

I respectfully disagree. The sources provided
are not self-created:
1. Google Knowledge Panel - This is created
and verified by Google's algorithm automatically.
No individual can create their own Knowledge
Panel. It requires third party verification
from Google itself.
2. IMDB page (nm17416205) - This was created
by a third party film production team for a
project, not by me. I have no editorial
control over it.
3. MusicBrainz - Community maintained
database, not self created.
4. Spotify Editorial playlists - These are
curated by Spotify's editorial team
independently. Artists cannot place themselves
on editorial playlists.
These are all third party verified sources
by major platforms. I request reconsideration.

Request undeletion of Q139503832 (Phil Kwok)

[edit]

Hi WikiBayer,

Thanks for patrolling new items. I noticed you deleted Q139503832 as non-notable — I'm the subject (disclosed on my user page) and I'd like to respectfully ask you to reconsider. The item was mid- build when deleted (label only, no statements yet), which I realise looked like a promotional stub.

Notability case:

  • Structural need (criterion 3): I am named as co-founder
in the Wikipedia article w:en:EasyA and in
w:en:List of unicorn startup companies. The existing Wikidata
item for EasyA (Q137647082) needs a "founded by (P112)"
 statement pointing to my item.
  • Serious and publicly available references (criterion 2),
 all independent third-party:

If restored, I commit to completing the item with full sourcing in this session rather than leaving it as a stub. Happy to provide the full planned statement list here first if you'd prefer to review before restoring.

Thanks for considering. Philkwok (talk) 13:21, 23 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Danke! ~2026-27572-39 (talk) 18:19, 6 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Darf ich hier nochmal freundlich nachfragen? ~2026-27572-39 (talk) 06:59, 11 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
WikiBayer (talk) 14:37, 12 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
~2026-28809-33 (talk) 17:30, 12 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

why? WikiBayer (talk) 08:00, 15 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Because I am a Senior Government Official in Dubai. Since 2008, I have served as the CEO of the Community Development Authority (CDA), which is the primary regulatory body for the social sector in Dubai.
Under Wikidata's notability policy for Public Administration, my role is notable because:
I manage a major government entity (CDA) with significant public impact.
I have been instrumental in pioneering social sector laws (such as Law No. 12 of 2017).
My status is verified by the official Dubai Government portal: https://cda.gov.ae/en/mediacenter/news/pages/2019/cda-license-violation.aspx
Restoration is necessary to ensure the Google Knowledge Graph (which I officially manage as a verified owner) correctly reflects my institutional role rather than my historical medical background. Almuthanna (talk) 12:13, 15 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

LumiMemoX item deletion - Request for Undeletion Q139801923 and/or Q139806511

[edit]

Hi WikiBayer,

I am the owner of LumiMemoX, a premium photo restoration service based in Spain with its own website and social profiles. I created items Q139801923 and Q139806511, but they were deleted very quickly with the reason “Does not meet the notability policy; content was: ‘LumiMemoX (photo restoration service)’ and the only contributor was ‘Lumimemox’.”

My intention was to add full structured data (instance of online service, official website, country, industry, social profiles) with references to the official site and directory listings, not just leave a label.

Could you please advise what is the correct way to represent a small but real business like this in Wikidata? Would restoring one of the deleted items so I can complete the statements be acceptable, or should it be modeled in another way?

Restoration Request: Taat Affandy (Q139801298)

[edit]

Hello @WikiBayer, I noticed that the item Taat Affandy (Q139801298) was recently deleted due to notability. I would like to respectfully request a restoration of this item.

Taat Affandy is an established, independent musical artist entity with official structural identifiers linked across globally recognized music databases. The item was populated with structured property links specifically to maintain database standards and prevent identity fragmentation across the semantic web.

Here are the authoritative external database IDs that validate this entity's notability under Wikidata's guidelines for musical artists:

  • MusicBrainz Artist ID: 0d9f0b3b-e05b-4834-9a1c-3f154cdece8b
  • Spotify Artist ID: 6rHMnGmOtFPR2uW6482PFQ
  • Discogs Artist ID: 17588505
  • Apple Music Artist ID: 1885623723

Could you please consider restoring the item so it can be properly maintained under official database properties? Thank you for your time and assistance. Taat Affandy (talk) 01:14, 19 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hallo WikiBayer

[edit]

I See Ghøsts is a German Post-Hardcore / Alternative Rock band from Heilbronn with substantial independent press coverage that establishes notability:

- Get Some Magazine (EP review, author: James Alvarez): https://getsomemagazine.com/blog/album-review-i-see-ghosts-goddamn-fine - Melodic Magazine (single review, author: Britt Mae): https://www.melodicmag.com/news/i-see-ghosts-find-some-peace-in-new-single/ - Alt77 (EP review, author: Eduard Banulescu): https://alt77.com/i-see-ghosts-goddamn-fine-reviewed/ - Return of Rock (single news): https://returnofrock.com/i-see-ghosts-deliver-new-single-down-here-ahead-of-2025-ep-release/ - MusicBrainz entry: https://musicbrainz.org/artist/6a9d80fb-4eb7-413a-9a63-457e68df1752

Question about deletion of Egregor / Sovereign ecosystem items

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer,

You recently deleted several items I created (Egregor, SovereignBank Web3, SovereignWeb3 Browser, Sovereign) under the notability policy. I fully respect your decision and I'm not here to argue — I'd genuinely like to understand the requirements so I can do this correctly.

A few honest questions:

1. For software items, which kinds of sources count as establishing notability

here? I had referenced the project repositories, an independent article, and
several technical publications, but I understand these may not have been enough.

2. The items were still a work in progress — I had not yet added all available

references (independent technical articles on Dev.to, Hashnode, Medium,
HackerNoon, plus directory listings on SourceForge and SaaSHub). Would adding
these as references change the assessment?

3. Is there a recommended path — for example, waiting until coverage in

recognized media exists — before re-creating such items?

I want to follow the rules properly rather than work against them. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Question regarding deletion of Amulet (Washington, DC electro-industrial band)

[edit]

Hi! I noticed that the Wikidata item I created for Amulet (Washington, DC-based electro-industrial band founded in 2020) was deleted under the notability policy. I was hoping to better understand the reasoning.

The band currently has MusicBrainz and Discogs catalogs, Spotify and Apple Music artist pages, an official website, releases dating back to 2021, a growing catalog, and a social following. I was under the impression that these external identifiers might satisfy Wikidata notability, so I wanted to ask whether there was another issue with the item or whether additional sources or identifiers would be needed.

I am affiliated with the company (disclosed). I would like to politely request undeletion, because the entity is described by serious, independent Indonesian media publications:

Antrag auf Wiederherstellung des Datenobjekts Q140309381 (Lutz Röhrig)

[edit]

1865 e. Undeletion request: Plus8Soft (Q140330079)

[edit]

Hi WikiBayer,

You deleted Q140330079 (Plus8Soft) as not meeting the notability policy - understood, and thanks for keeping the project's standards high. Before I consider anything further, I'd value your guidance.

Since the deletion I can point to two independent sources I don't think were fully reflected in the item:

- Recognition in IAOP's The Global Outsourcing 100 (2026), Rising Star category (independent industry ranking): https://www.iaop.org/Content/19/165/5912 - Official state registration with the Texas Comptroller (legal name Axiomasoft LLC): https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/franchise/account-status/search/321033800047

In your view, would references like these be enough to meet criterion 2 (a clearly identifiable entity describable with serious, publicly available sources)? If yes, I'd appreciate undeletion or your go-ahead to recreate with them in place. If not, I'd rather not recreate it. Could you tell me pls what kind of source would actually clear the bar?

Thanks very much. Plus8Soft (talk) 12:24, 25 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Igor Dimitrijević (Q140356947), a request for reconsideration

[edit]

Hello, WikiBayer,

I am writing to you regarding the deletion of Q140356947 (Igor Dimitrijević) and I would like to raise a couple of points for reconsideration.

First, a factual note, the deletion log states that the only contributor to the item was me, but the item also received an independent and a 3rd-party edit (a Bangla label) from an established editor (@MS Sakib).

Second, regarding the notability issue and the distinctiveness of the item, the item was a target of a different from (P1889) statement disambiguating me from an unrelated footballer of the same name (Q15964690). It was referenced via educated at (P69) from two institutions: a newly created item for my secondary school (Q140365596), sourced to an official institutional graduation record, and the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, sourced to an official faculty graduation list (PDF, hosted on the faculty's own domain and using the reserved second-level domain).

Beyond that, independent third-party references exist outside my own properties or website, including:

- a GitHub Action of mine being manually incorporated into GitHub's own CodeQL taint-analysis model.

- AdVoid's filter lists being adopted by the independent 1Hosts blocklist project.

- a PR, contributed to one of my open-source components (PostExcerpt) by Birk Skyum, a co-founder of MapLibre (used and supported by Amazon, Meta and Microsoft among others).

- a Google Knowledge Panel that appears for my name, independently compiled by Google and includes my image(s), an excerpt, and social accounts.

- my Astro PostExcerpt component being referenced as an existing solution in an independent blog post by Chen Hui Jing ("Creating excerpts in Astro").

These references are all verifiable, public, and were cited on my item.

I believe this satisfies the structural-necessity criterion under Wikidata:Notability since the item is/was actively referenced by other items for disambiguation and educational linkage, independent of any claims about my personal/professional notability. Additionally, the independent sources listed above demonstrate real-world recognition beyond self-promotion, for which this platform should not be used.

Could you let me know specifically which notability criterion you believe still is not met, given the above? I would like to address it directly.

Thank you for your time, Igor. Igorskyflyer (talk) 15:53, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Please read WD:N & Wikidata:Self-promotion WikiBayer (talk) 16:02, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
@Igorskyflyer Just a small clarification: the Bangla description was added automatically while I was running a script, rather than as a manual, independent contribution. Therefore, I don't think my edit should be considered in this context or cited as evidence of independent third-party involvement. MS Sakib (talk) 16:05, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for clarifying, @MS Sakib!
WikiBayer, I have reviewed WD:N and the Self-promotion page. Regarding Wikidata:Self-promotion, my understanding is that page is tagged as an essay, not an adopted policy or guideline, unlike WD:N which is officially recognized as such.
Could you clarify whether you are applying it as binding criteria here, and if so, under what consensus? I want to make sure I am responding to the actual applicable policy rather than guidance that may not carry the same weight and is subjective. Igorskyflyer (talk) 16:41, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
you need reputable not selfcreated sources WikiBayer (talk) 16:43, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your time,
I did list several non-self-created, independent sources in my first comment, could you let me know specifically which of these you don't consider reputable, and why:
- GitHub's own CodeQL taint-analysis model manually incorporating one of my Actions
- The independent 1Hosts blocklist project adopting AdVoid's filter lists
- My Astro PostExcerpt component is used to generate excerpts on MapLibre's (a highly notable and widely used open-source mapping framework) own blog, with a PR contributed by Birk Skyum, MapLibre's co-founder (source 1, source 2)
- Rolldown's own CI workflow using my action-readfile GitHub Action (source)
- An independent blog post by Chen Hui Jing referencing my PostExcerpt component
None of these are hosted on my own website or social media I control, they are third-party platforms/organizations/individuals referencing my work independently. I would like to understand specifically why these do not meet the bar, rather than the general criteria again. Also, the education-related references (gymnasium and faculty graduation records) are hosted on the institutions' own official and reserved domains, independent of me.
To clarify: of these, the GitHub CodeQL inclusion (and Rolldown) were cited as references directly on the item. The others: 1Hosts' adoption of AdVoid's filter lists, the Birk Skyum PR, and Chen Hui Jing's blog post are independent, verifiable facts I'm raising now as additional evidence of real-world recognition, separate from what was originally referenced on the item. For that reason, I have not included in this list the Google Knowledge Panel I have been given, as I understand it is explicitly excluded as a notability basis under current guidance.
Worth noting: several of these are code-level/repository-level dependencies (CodeQL, Rolldown, 1Hosts, etc.) rather than editorial coverage, meaning someone made a deliberate technical decision to depend on or incorporate my work, rather than just mentioning it. Chen Hui Jing's post is the one closer to traditional editorial coverage.
I would appreciate a direct response to the specific sources above, thank you, Igor. Igorskyflyer (talk) 17:31, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi WikiBayer,

I'm Erik Kraemer, the subject of Q116868242. I have declared my conflict of interest on my user page: User:ErikKraemerOfficial

On 29 June 2026 I made edits as IP ~2026-37277-24. You removed several claims that used described by source: Q140375488, Q140375638, and Q140375535 as references. I now understand that these were invalid circular references to Wikidata items, not proper external sources. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I am new to Wikidata and I misunderstood the reference requirements.

I want to fix the item properly. Could you please advise: 1. Can the claims you removed be restored if I add valid URL references from reliable sources? 2. What type of sources are acceptable for statements like date of birth, band membership, and social media IDs?

I have these sources ready to use:- KaaosZine interview for date of birth and biography- Frontiers Records official artist pages for band memberships- Spotify, Instagram, and other platforms for their respective IDs

I will not make any further edits to Q116868242 until I receive guidance from you. I want to follow all Wikidata policies correctly. Thank you for your time and for maintaining Wikidata's quality standards.

Q138527696 (ABCspecialist) - notability question

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer,

I noticed you deleted the item Q138527696 (ABCspecialist) for not meeting the notability policy. I'd like to understand what would be needed to recreate this item correctly.

ABCspecialist Automotive B.V. is a registered Dutch company (KVK 85025380), founded in 2010, specializing in remanufacturing hydraulic and air suspension components for premium vehicles.

Could you clarify what type of independent sources (e.g. trade press, third-party mentions) would be required to satisfy the notability policy for a company item like this?

Thank you for your time. ABCspecialist (talk) 12:41, 30 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Q140421871 — request for guidance

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer, you deleted Q140421871 (Beverly Hills Lux Ride) earlier today. I created it, and my affiliation with the company is disclosed on my user page — so I understand the skepticism toward a new account creating an item about its own company, and I will not recreate it out of process.

May I ask for your guidance? The item's structural statements were referenced to the California Public Utilities Commission's public carrier registry (charter-party carrier authority PSG0040987, status Active), which I had understood as a "serious and publicly available reference" to a clearly identifiable entity in the sense of Wikidata:Notability criterion 2. If a state regulator's registry is not sufficient on its own, could you tell me what you would consider sufficient for a company item — e.g. independent press coverage? If such sources exist or emerge, would you be open to restoration via Wikidata:Requests for undeletion? I would rather return with proper evidence than do anything against policy. Thank you for your time. Beverlyhillsluxride (talk) 19:38, 3 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I am requesting undeletion of Q140428982 (tekRESCUE), deleted on 4 July 2026 for not meeting the notability policy. The deletion was fair since the item was created without references. I would like to restore it and properly source it.

Personen-Item zu einer MedReg-registrierten Chiropraktorin (Kontext: Q140437757)

Hallo WikiBayer

Request to restore Q140133847 (WeCare Hosting)

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer, I am writing to respectfully request the restoration of the item Q140133847 for WeCare Hosting, which was recently deleted.

I understand the community works hard to keep Wikidata clean and free of spam or self-promotion, and I completely support those efforts. I believe the item was flagged because I accidentally added an incorrect LinkedIn URL when I created it. I recognize how this mistake could make the entry look like an unverified or promotional edit, but it was a genuine copy-paste error.

My only goal is to contribute accurate, verifiable data to the knowledge base. There is no intent of self-promotion. To verify the entity and its correct data, please feel free to check the company's other official profiles and website, which align perfectly with the correct LinkedIn page:

Correct LinkedIn: http://linkedin.com/company/wecare-hosting

I appeal to the community's shared mission of maintaining accurate linked open data. If the item can be restored, I will immediately update the LinkedIn statement with the correct URL (or an administrator is welcome to apply the correct link upon restoration).

Thank you for your time, volunteer work, and understanding.

Bitte um zweite Prüfung: Q140520821 (Florian Keusch)

[edit]

  • eigener individualisierter GND-Normdatensatz 1249151236 (https://lobid.org/gnd/1249151236), getrennt vom Namensvetter Prof. Florian Keusch, Universität Mannheim (Q88170116, GND 1197838805)

  • Individualisierter GND-Datensatz 1249151236 (Tp, differenzierte Person).
Undeletion request for Q116929599, Q119710760

[edit]

Hi, I noticed you've overcorrected slightly when deleting a series of OpenStreetMap-related items on the basis of Wikidata:Notability. Please note that the current notability policy only requires that an item meets one of the criteria. Only criterion 2 requires a "serious and publicly available reference". This policy itself does not require an independently published source in all cases, though I understand that some editors here may be accustomed to applying such a standard from Wikipedia.

I request that you restore the following two items:

I've provided some sources for the individual claims that I'm unable to add at the moment due to the deletions. If you have any concerns about these items apart from the notability policy, I'd be happy to address them once they're restored. Thank you for looking into it.

Request to restore Q140329739 (Orbitvu)

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer,

You deleted the item Q140329739 (Orbitvu) on 8 July 2026 as not meeting the notability policy, with the noted content being just "Orbitvu". I believe the item was caught at a very early stage while I was still building it — at the point of deletion it only had a label, but I subsequently intended to add full statements.

Orbitvu is a Polish company active in product photography automation (hardware and software). I believe it meets Wikidata notability under WD:N as a clearly identifiable entity described by serious, publicly available references, including:

Could you please restore the item so I can complete it with these statements and references? If you'd prefer, I'm happy to rebuild it with the identifiers and sources in place from the start.

Thank you for your time and for the work you do maintaining Wikidata.

Request for undeletion review: Q140563598 (Daniele Orlandi - Brand/Business entity)

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer.

I would like to respectfully request a review and undeletion of item Q140563598, which was deleted for not meeting the notability policy. While I was the sole contributor to the page, the item was not an empty entry. I had already transferred and created a highly structured set of statements supported by objective, verifiable, and authoritative data sources. The item included detailed references to: The official Italian Business Register, Valid EU VAT registration numbers, Public institutional profiles (such as the Italian Trade Agency) Independent media articles and official URLs, directories of excellence and trademark certification.

The creation of this page was part of a data-splitting process following Wikidata best practices. The existing item, Q140010516, currently models Daniele Orlandi as both a human (fashion designer) and a business entity simultaneously. To resolve this modeling error, Q140563598 was created to cleanly house the brand/business data, and I was mid-process when it was deleted.

Because the page contained robust, verifiable data satisfying the Wikidata Notability Criteria, could you please restore Q140563598? This will allow me to finalize the cleanup and properly unlink the corporate attributes from the personal item.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Best regards, Daniele Orlandi Daniele Orlandi Como (talk) 10:29, 16 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Request to review today's mass deletion of my items

[edit]

Hello WikiBayer, I'm writing about the mass deletion of the pages created by my account earlier today. I want to start by saying I understand how it looked, a new account creating several items connected to himself, and I should have disclosed my conflict of interest before creating anything rather than after. I've now added that disclosure to my user page.

For context on why I created these items in the first place: there is another Brandon Metcalf with an existing item (Q4956978), a Nashville record producer with a Wikipedia article. Because no item exists for me, search engines and knowledge graphs regularly conflate the two of us, attributing his career to me and vice versa. My goal was disambiguation between two distinct people, though I understand the way I went about it looked like promotion.

All of the deleted items carried references, and the two company items have independent editorial coverage, not just company press releases:

Talent Rover (Q140611173) — software company I co-founded, acquired by Bullhorn in 2018: The Boston Globe, March 13, 2018: https://www.bostonglobe.com/business/talking-points/2018/03/13/bullhorn-acquires-talent-rover-and-jobscience Staffing Industry Analysts, March 2018: https://www.staffingindustry.com/news/global-daily-news/bullhorn-buys-talent-rover-and-jobscience-planning-offer-platform-choices Inc. 5000, No. 151 in 2017: https://www.inc.com/profile/talent-rover Salesforce press release on the Adecco Group partnership, December 18, 2017: https://www.salesforce.com/news/press-releases/2017/12/18/the-adecco-group-teams-up-with-salesforce-talent-rover-and-accenture-to-build-new-solution-for-candidate-and-client-engagement/

Asymbl (Q140610575) — my current company: HR Brew, original reporting by Tricia Crimmins, July 8, 2026: https://www.hr-brew.com/stories/hr-agents-empathy-asymbl-servicenow diginomica, interview-based reporting by Jon Reed, June 9, 2026: https://diginomica.com/salesforce-connections-2026-slack-becoming-salesforces-best-weapon-pursuit-agentic-ux Salesforce customer story: https://www.salesforce.com/customer-stories/asymbl/

Brandon Metcalf (Q140610705) — the item about me was referenced to those same articles (I'm interviewed in both) and included a "different from" statement distinguishing me from Q4956978. I believe Talent Rover and Asymbl satisfy notability criterion 2 — clearly identifiable entities described using serious and publicly available references — and Q140610705 is needed for the founded-by statements on both to resolve.

I'd ask you to restore these items, or if you'd rather I go through Wikidata:Requests for undeletion, I'll do that instead. I won't recreate anything without guidance from you or the community, and if any individual statements need better sourcing, I'm glad to fix them.

Thank you for taking the time to look at this. Bmetcalf1978 (talk) 11:38, 19 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Bmetcalf1978 Please read Wikidata:Notability & Wikidata:Self-promotion. Reputable not self created Sources ar needed. None of the sources you cited (for all your items) are either reputable or independent. WikiBayer (talk) 11:44, 19 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
@WikiBayerThank you for the response. I've read both pages, and I accept that my company's website and our press releases don't count — a number of my references were in that category, and that's on me.
Before I step back, I'd ask you to look at four specific sources, because none of them are self-created or company-issued:
The Boston Globe, staff news coverage of the Bullhorn acquisition of Talent Rover (March 13, 2018): https://www.bostonglobe.com/business/talking-points/2018/03/13/bullhorn-acquires-talent-rover-and-jobscience
Staffing Industry Analysts, independent trade press coverage of the same acquisition: https://www.staffingindustry.com/news/global-daily-news/bullhorn-buys-talent-rover-and-jobscience-planning-offer-platform-choices
diginomica, interview-based article by staff writer Jon Reed (June 9, 2026) covering Asymbl: https://diginomica.com/salesforce-connections-2026-slack-becoming-salesforces-best-weapon-pursuit-agentic-ux
HR Brew, reported article by journalist Tricia Crimmins (July 8, 2026) covering Asymbl alongside outside experts: https://www.hr-brew.com/stories/hr-agents-empathy-asymbl-servicenow
If Talent Rover and Asymbl supported by those references still fall short of the notability bar in your view, I'll accept that and won't pursue it further with you. If they could qualify with the self-published references stripped out, I'd ask for those two items to be restored so I can trim them down to the independent sourcing.
Either way, I appreciate you taking the time. Bmetcalf1978 (talk) 12:25, 19 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
The Bostonglobe reports on the acquisition; while the article indirectly mentions the company, it focuses more on the larger corporation. Not every subsidiary of a large corporation gets a Item or is considered notable. I don't consider staffingindustry.com to be a reputable, independent source, besides, the same problem exists here.
The diginomica article should definitely not be considered a source in that sense. WikiBayer (talk) 14:17, 19 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
