When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in Portugal when I was four years old in boxing, because my father is a former world champion in boxing. I started training in MMA at 13 years old  

What professional titles have you held?RIZIN - World Champion, KOC France - Champion, Invictus Pro League - Champion 

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports?  11-0 MMA amateur. As an amateur, I was elected 2 times the best fighter in the league where I participated (ADC) and elected 1 time the best amateur fighter in Portugal.

Any belts/ ranks in grappling disciplines? Black Belt Jiu-Jitsu 

Any belts/ ranks in striking disciplines? Boxing since 4 years old, Kickboxing since 15 years old, 3 years in Thailand (Muay Thai).

What has been your toughest fight to date and why?  The adaptation at the beginning of my professional career at the age of 17. I learned how to be patient. 

Who is your favorite fighter and why? Myself!!! Because I really know how to play this game that’s called mixed martial arts. 

What was your job before you started fighting? Sometimes I worked in security (bars, restaurants). 

Personal Life / Background: Cooking, reading a lot of books in relation to the moment I live, a daughter named Amy, long walks, shopping, driving fast.
