Formulism and Legal Realism: What Is the
In a theoretical sense, Turing's pioneering concept of the machine, for all its abstract mathematical
formulism, explicitly compares a person computing with a machine that "sees" and writes on a tape (Turing, 1936: 231).
Rubberoom's 1999 album Architechnology is an artistic departure from much of the aforementioned
formulism. One of the first releases off the album, "Smoke" (1999, track 2) provides a contrast between underground or independent Hip Hop and commercial Hip Hop.
But Weiss's analysis is too absolute, as is any approach "that requires too much conceptual
formulism or notions of constructive intent." (97) Note that Peoni is loaded with the hedging words of a circumstances-based standard--"in some sort associate himself," and "an implication of purposive attitude." This ambiguity allows courts to blur the lines between knowing assistance and purposeful intent.
One can expect that [g.sup.QGP.sub.ab] has the following integral
formulism with respect to time because of continuous creation or annihilation of charges:
The geometry relaxations and electronic structure calculations for both Li@[C.sub.28] and [C.sub.28] molecules are performed based on DFT
formulism using SIESTA [31] package with LDA functional in Ceperley and Alder form [32].
To depict the nonlinear optical interaction of the pump, signal, and idler in the waveguide, we use the
formulism described in [16-18] and take into account the effects of TPA, FCA, and FCD.
The complex modulus, M*,
formulism is a very important and convenient tool to analyze and interpret the dielectric relaxation of polymeric material (4), (5).
In order to solve the grey fuzzy decision making, Luo and Liu (2004) developed the maximum entropy
formulism to determine attribute weight and ranked the order of alternatives based on the linear combination of fuzzy information and grey information.
