At least two of those fires were lit in Henderson's
complexone of them in an adjacent building and the other in her buildingher estate alleged.
The routine methods for measuring total calcium include azo arsenic III colorimetry, O-cresolphthalein
complexone (OCPC) colorimetry, and the methylthymol blue colorimetric method.
A 10-mL urine subsample and serum samples stored at -20[degrees]C were analyzed for [Na.sup.+] (ion-selective electrode), [K.sup.+] (ion-selective electrode), [Cl.sup.-] (ion-selective electrode), [Ca.sup.2+] (o-cresolphthalein

The estimation of PAP was done by Kinetic method [14], calcium by O-cresolphthalein
complexone method and End Point Assay [15], and the level of phosphorus was done by UV-End point method [16].
All miniature pigs were injected intravenously (10ml/min) with three different fluorochromes xylenol orange (6%, 2-5g/animal), calcein green (1%, 0.8-1.5 g/ animal), and alizarine
complexone (3%, 1-1.5 g/animal) 14, 28, and 84 days after implantation.
Inorganic phosphorus was measured by the direct molybdate method (Inorganic phosphorus HR-II; Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.), and total calcium was measured by the orthocresolphthalein
complexone method (Serotec Ca-AL; Serotec Company).
The samples were analyzed for serum total calcium, by the O-Cresolphthalein
complexone method [7] and for serum sodium and potassium, by the ion selective electrode method [8], bicarbonate by blood gas analyzer and blood urea and creatinine using Urease and Jaffe's method respectively [9,10] The data was collected and analyzed using SPSS 11.5 version.
To detect calcium concentrations in culture medium, we used a calcium concentration assay kit (o-cresolphthalein
complexone kit; Teco Diagnostics, Anaheim, CA, USA) following the manufacturer's instructions.
