It is, as section 52 of the Constitution Act, 1982 declares, the "supreme law" of the nation, unalterable by the normal legislative process, and
unsuffering of laws inconsistent with it.
Genius is often
unsuffering and hence frequently insufferable.
"The soul wants / no mate / except body" in "Regalia Figure," but the body is a foil proving the soul's truth, which stands "
unsuffering / in the presence of another's / agony." This is the body's agony.
Only
unsuffering and probably unfeeling social and literary critics would want to keep it from those who need it.
