A table is associated with another table using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqlitetutorial.net\/sqlite-foreign-key\/\">foreign keys<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sqlitetutorial.net\/sqlite-select\/\">query data<\/a> from multiple tables, you use <code>INNER JOIN<\/code> clause. The <code>INNER JOIN<\/code> clause combines columns from correlated tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suppose you have two tables: A and B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A has a1, a2, and f columns. B has b1, b2, and f column. The A table links to the B table using a foreign key column named f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following illustrates the syntax of the inner join clause:<\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\" aria-describedby=\"shcb-language-1\" data-shcb-language-name=\"SQL (Structured Query Language)\" data-shcb-language-slug=\"sql\"><span><code class=\"hljs language-sql\"><span class=\"hljs-keyword\">SELECT<\/span> a1, a2, b1, b2\n<span class=\"hljs-keyword\">FROM<\/span> A\n<span class=\"hljs-keyword\">INNER<\/span> <span class=\"hljs-keyword\">JOIN<\/span> B <span class=\"hljs-keyword\">on<\/span> B.f = A.f;<\/code><\/span><small class=\"shcb-language\" id=\"shcb-language-1\"><span class=\"shcb-language__label\">Code language:<\/span> <span class=\"shcb-language__name\">SQL (Structured Query Language)<\/span> <span class=\"shcb-language__paren\">(<\/span><span class=\"shcb-language__slug\">sql<\/span><span class=\"shcb-language__paren\">)<\/span><\/small><\/pre>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each row in the A table, the <code>INNER JOIN<\/code> clause compares the value of the f column with the value of the f column in the B table.
