Beginning May 1, 2026, SHA will transition to a fully paperless process for clients and landlords. This change supports our efforts to improve customer service and increase efficiency across our housing programs.

Going paperless means SHA’s notices will be posted immediately to your secure account in SHA’s online portal, eliminating delays caused by mail delivery issues, and improving access to essential program information.  When a document is posted to your account, you will receive an email letting you know!

REQUEST HELP

Landlords

I’d like to provide housing

We are always seeking landlords in our community who have a heart to help those most in need.

STEPS TO BECOME A LANDLORD PARTNER

  1. Tell us about your property
  2. We’ll help you find tenants
  3. We’ll do an inspection of your property
Having a home is the platform of every family’s foundation. Every family needs a stable environment and a stable place to live. Having housing assistance paved the way for me and my family. I am grateful for what this program has done for me, and that I no longer need the assistance. I am now self-sufficient.
