Proposed Ballot Measure Information

As signatures for statewide petitions are checked and verified by the Office of the Secretary of State, this web page will be updated with information for the 2026 Voters’ Pamphlet.

When materials become available, we’ll add ballot title letters, full text, explanatory statements, fiscal impact statements, and public investment impact disclosures when provided by the Legislature, Attorney General’s Office or the Office of Financial Management.

Measures will be certified to the ballot no later than August 21. By mid-September, all measure information will be displayed in the online voters’ guide at VoteWA.gov. The printed Voters’ Pamphlet will be delivered in early October.

Past measures are available in the Voters' Pamphlets.
