How to Participate

  • Submit feedback or testimony about a pending application for voting system certification to [email protected] or via postal mail to:

  • Attend public hearings to provide testimony.

When you submit feedback or provide testimony on a pending application, your comments become part of the public record.

You can receive email updates on meetings and hearings of the Voting System Review Board by sending an email to [email protected] asking to receive those updates.

Following the scheduling of a test and public hearing for a proposed voting system certification, the public meeting notice will be posted here.

The Washington Voting Systems Review Board will meet at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in a virtual meeting.
