All sessions are available to anyone; however, finding a session that best matches your role, industry, product, and learning level will ensure the content is relevant and most applicable to you at this time.

Learning Levels:

Beginner
Beginner-level sessions are content that is suitable for users who are new to the product or topic. These sessions may cover foundational concepts and skills and are designed to provide an introduction and get participants started with technology.

Intermediate
Intermediate-level sessions assume general knowledge of the topic and provide a technical deeper dive into a product, service, or use case. The content focuses on features, functions, and benefits of a product or service, showcasing how the product or service can be used and integrated with other offerings. Sessions will sometimes feature customers.

Advanced
Advanced-level sessions assume proficiency in the topic and typically cover in-depth content covering complex, enterprisewide use cases and strategies for the product or service, focusing on advanced features, techniques, and architectures that require significant expertise to implement. These sessions prepare participants to serve as strategic mentors and lead complex, cross-functional projects.

Registered attendees can visit the Sessions page the week after the conference to find select presentation materials. Select sessions will also be available on demand on Salesforce+.

Agenda Builder allows registered attendees to view and reserve sessions by date and time to help plan out their days at Dreamforce. Agenda Builder will launch in August.

Yes, Dreamforce will have reserved seating for certain session types. More information about this will be shared when Agenda Builder launches in August.

Speakers are being announced on a rolling basis. Check dreamforce.com often as we continue to reveal who’s taking the stage.

Start “favoriting” sessions on the Sessions page by tapping the heart. This will save all the sessions you are interested in. Once we release the schedule in August, you will also be able to build your three-day agenda using our Agenda Builder tool.

“Favoriting” sessions within the catalog adds sessions of interest to your favorites list to view when needed. You can filter for “Your Favorites” in the session catalog navigation pane. As you plan out your schedule, you can favorite multiple sessions that occur at the same time. To favorite a session, select the heart next to the session title.

Please note that favoriting a session is not the same as reserving a seat. You will be able to reserve seats for certain session types when the full schedule and Agenda Builder launch in August.
