The City of Redmond has partnered with Circuit to drive community connection through local microtransit! An on-demand, free, all-electric ride service is available to help residents and visitors get around Downtown Redmond, Southeast Redmond, and Education Hill easily, affordably, and sustainably. Whether you’re heading to local businesses, catching light rail, or running errands, this service makes local trips simple with no car required. This pilot program is expected to run through June 2027, thanks to funding from the City of Redmond, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, and the Washington State Regional Mobility Grant.
Rides are completely free! Riders must be older than 16 to ride independently. Download the Circuit app to request a ride!
Gratuities for drivers are appreciated, but never required.
Do I need the app?
Yes, in order to book a ride you need to download the free Ride Circuit app.
What is the age for solo ridership?
You must be 16+ to ride the RedLink alone.
What if I need an ADA-accessible ride?
When you request your ride on the Ride Circuit app, click "Yes" when asked if you need wheelchair access. An ADA-accessible vehicle will be used to complete your ride. Please note the ADA GEM vehicle is undergoing repairs and will be added to service as soon as the repairs are complete.
Can I bring kids or pets?
Children must meet local car seat and seatbelt requirements. Riders must provide their own car seat and install them correctly and independently. Pets are allowed at the driver’s discretion, and if allowed, must be secured via leash or in a pet carrier; service animals are always welcome.
Are the vehicles electric?
Yes. Circuit uses a fully electric fleet to help reduce local emissions.
Will the service expand?
Service growth depends on demand and available funding.
I'm visiting from outside the USA, can I use RedLink/Circuit service?
Yes, Circuit service is available for anyone visiting our service areas; however, the Circuit app is only available from the US Android Play Store and Apple App Store.
