Welcome to the 2026 Redmond Busker Program

Thank you for your interest in sharing your talent with our community! Street performers—or buskers—play a vital role in creating the vibrant, creative, and welcoming atmosphere that defines Redmond’s public spaces.

The City of Redmond Busker program is designed to support local artists while ensuring our sidewalks and parks remains safe and accessible for all residents, businesses, and visitors. Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application.

Before You Begin:

  • Permit Term: All permits are valid from the date of issuance until December 31, 2026.

  • Fees: A non-refundable application fee of $40 is required (reduced to $25 for applications submitted after October 1st).

  • Designated Areas: Performer must use one of three City-designated busking locations: Buoyant Pavilion (Downtown Park), Signals stage (Redmond Central Connector), or Erratic stage (Redmond Central Connector). Designated locations can be reserved in two-hour increments on a first-come-first-serve basis by emailing [email protected].

  • Requirements: You will need to upload a current photo of your act and, if under 18, provide parental consent.

  • Visibility: If approved, you will be required to display your City-issued Busker Permit at all times during your performance.
