Hey yall im M20 and live near bern and wanted to ask if there is any cool event going on like a rooftop party or something like that. I know theres the Gurten but i dont want to buy a ticket and i never „bändelet“ in my life so im not too good w that either.

That was so long ago that I can't even remember what year it was. I think when they remodeled that part of the Bahnho the restaurant was permamently removed togheter with the fish one.

The reason why I'm asking is because after all those years I still remember the unique and absolute legendary taste of their crispy ducks. It had that perfect blend of sour and sweet I never tasted in another place before and couldnt find online recipes to replicate it. I've been going from chinese restaurants to restaurants trying to find one that makes them similiar but they either have a tongue-destroying way too sweet sauce or dont have that unique glassy "crispy" skin with not quite the same sauce.

The closest I found was a local one but it was more of an peanut sauce but god damn was it crispy. Sadly that one also closed permamently some years ago and the building looks like from a horror movie.

Did they maybe move out and I just never found them? I'm just a bit desperated trying to find a crispy duck of the same style.
