A laminar flow hood is basically specialized hepa air purifier that blows air very evenly across a workspace to help keep things free from contamination. Used in mycology and plant tissue culture, among other things.
A hobby grade or DIY setup would be sufficient for my needs.
Does anyone here have recommendations for brands of suitable replacement filters that are easily available in the USA? Or any suggestions for other communities that would have good recommendations?
Will be returning to office in the next couple of months, I will be meeting with individuals in a closed door office and have weekly staff meetings with a team of about 6-7 people, and occasionally be in larger group settings in a conference room for trainings. I need a recommendation for a good air purifier for my office which is about 900 cubic feet. I intend to wear a KN95 for the individual meetings and small staff meeting and run the air purifier, and wear my 3M Aura for the conference room meetings, I’m having a lot of anxiety about this. Suggestions?
