This session focuses on how coaches and teacher leaders can advocate for and implement research-informed coaching and teaching practices that promote positive learning environments within their districts, schools, and classrooms. Participants will learn about the Proactive Coaching Framework (PCF), a powerful tool that guides leaders at all levels in the complex decision-making process of implementing professional learning experiences and supports change agents in moving toward the broader goal of improved instruction.
