VMS deposit comprised of two massive mineralized bodies that are mostly stratiform.

Represents an abandoned Cu-Zn-Pb-Ag sulfide deposit. Previous investigations conducted involved comprehensive geological mapping, geochemical prospecting, and borehole drilling, which resulted in an estimation of ore reserves totaling approximately 300,000 t. These studies reported average ore grades, including 11.5 % Zn, 1.15 % Cu, 1.1 % Pb, and 0.01 % Ag. Notably, bornite was identified as a significant host mineral for Ag, while additional silver tellurides such as hessite and cervelleite, as well as electrum were also reported in the Um Samiuki ores. As typical for a small-scale mine site, abandoned for several tens of years, access to the underground workings is now limited because of collapsed and blocked underground shafts and other kind of adits.
