All personal information collected by the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) is protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). In this case, personal information, specifically your name and email address, will be collected by MDBA. The MDBA will not use this personal information for any other purpose and the MDBA will not disclose your personal information to any third party or any overseas recipient.

The MDBA’s Privacy Policy explains the way the MDBA protects your personal information and contains information about how you may access or correct your personal information held by us. The Privacy Policy also contains information on how you can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how the MDBA will deal with such a complaint.
