In the role of Listing Agent at KLRE you’ll be focusing on:

Picking up qualified appointments, meeting new potential clients.
Nurturing qualified clients through the listing process.
Helping clients with their goals and timelines.
Conducting CMAs.
Providing your expert real estate opinions and insights.
Being your clients advocate.
Helping clients develop pricing strategies.
Advising on repairs and renovations.
Handing off the baton to the internal KLRE team to execute and being your clients liaison.
Working with clients on showing and open house feedback.
Handling negotiations, contingencies, sale, and closing process.
Being in regular communication with your client about their home sale process.
