When you're ready to book your trip, submit a reservation request. Your visit will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us including an itinerary for the day.

PLANNING RESOURCES
Let us help you plan your group visit from start to finish. Our planning resources will outline all the information you’ll need to know to properly prepare you and your team for your group visit.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Enhance your group visit with grade-appropriate lesson plans in line with Massachusetts teaching standards. Curriculum in the fields of Mathematics, science, writing and social studies for grades 3-8.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Full payment for your field trip is due upon arrival at the Hall. We accept organizational checks and credit cards. If you need to make alternate payment arrangements, please contact group sales.
Refunds will not be issued for overpayments.
BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT
All visitors are expected to be respectful of their surroundings, staff and other visitors. We suggest a 10:1 youth to chaperone ratio. Chaperones must be at least 16 years of age.
Educators and chaperones are expected to provide supervision for their students at all times, as well as assisting them with appropriate behavior and educational interactions with exhibits.
Students are expected to adhere to their school’s or organization’s code of conduct while visiting.
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING
If you must cancel or reschedule your group visit, please call group sales at least one week in advance. We will work with you to find a new date that accommodates your group. If you will be late, or have a same-day emergency cancellation, you must call the operations department.
