The First Steps Open College Network (OCN) course comprises of three hour sessions over 20 weeks and goes back to basics on areas such as using a keyboard, mouse,
word processing programs, the internet and email software.
Computer magnification software works with
word processing programs to magnify the monitor screen (Cook, 2002; Star, 2001).
Also, spreadsheets with the chart data can be saved to the user's hard drive and imported into most spreadsheet, charting, and

The FileNET-based EPM system allows users to create new procedures with
