There is the paradox again: the return t,o some ancient practices and liberties could be a path into the future: it could bring the Eastern and Western churches closer together, and it could bring a new "tranquility of order" to our Roman communion which God has graced through Vatican II with a vision far beyond our expectation.

Catholics of the Roman communion still need to confront the depths of his critique and to take his witness seriously.

The implication, of course, is that the Roman Catholic, priest-hungry Church will willingly embrace these Anglican priests into the Roman communion. Let's think this out.
