Imuran, Asasan); methotrexate (Rheumatrex, Trexall); mycophenolate mofetil (CellCept); cytotoxic drugs such as cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan) and anticoagulants such as heparin (Calciparine, Liquaemin) and warfarin (Coumadin).

Imuran, Nolvadex, Plavix, Tabloid, Tegretol and Ziagen.

This condition is usually treated with prednisone as primary therapy, often in combination with an immunosuppressive agent such as methotrexate or azathioprine (
Imuran).
