had a teeny corn patch, wasn't even sure if there were enough plants to do the job properly, but i guess so!

Geilston gardens in Dumbartonshire have been owned by the National Trust for Scotland since 1989. They are part of the Geilston House estate and comprise a walled garden; various buildings, including a doocot; a garden surrounding the house and a woodland walk.

We spent a lovely two hours wandering through the Butchart Gardens in Victoria on Vancouver Island yesterday. The gardens are beautiful.

Leave for 15 minutes in a colander. The salt doesn't stick to the tomatoes, it draws moisture out; so it concentrates the flavours. There was about 2tbsps of moisture after 15 mins. Next time I'll try a little longer
