Two skips at the very beginning of Side D for me. Similar to the skips found on the Wild Mood Swings picture disc. The sound quality is very good for a picture disc. I don't regret the purchase, but where is the QC with these picture disc editions....

This is a nice set. I own the entire KMFDM discography on CD, but I have had an OG LP of Nihil for more than 20 years. Instead of trying to collect all their wax, this collection pairs nicely with Nihil.

Looks nice. Get the discs out of the PVC sleeves and into some poly-lined, anti-statics. No unacceptable pressing errors resulting in unavoidable skips like the Wild Mood Swings picture disc. The noise floor is decent considering this is a picture...

When I first bought this pressing, I had a Sony turntable that had no counter weight. At that point there were skips on "Through the Never" but after slightly upgrading, I've found this pressing to play fine and sound far superior to the 2021 issue.

The first copy that I obtained has a little rut that runs deeper than the grooves during "32 Flavors" which caused a few skips. Second copy was totally fine.

I think the first three songs on this record provide a nice 1-2-3 punch of (should be) hits.

It is a shame how poorly "Sliver" was mastered in this bunch. It's as if they mastered the track by the imaging without hearing the obnoxious result. Otherwise, an enjoyable pressing.
