To me looks like this release just has missing tje extra plastic sleeve with the text in the front, but I might be wrong

It would probably be a good idea to store the collectible "credit card" elsewhere. The raised letters on the card could damage the vinyl if stored with the record for extended periods of time.

Vinyl and CD versions feature different versions of Fortune Cookie (longer on CD), Good (longer on vinyl) and Rock 'n' Roll (vinyl has a full-length instrumental version in the place of the short reprise on CD).
