coldwave & crickets chirping :)

d.stop's - ethiopie is a little gem of a song.

i especially like it for its calm atmosphere, you can even hear the crickets chirping (or is it birds?).

therefore i am looking for more songs in this direction, which may not be an easy task...

a bad diana - notes from the underground, comes to my mind as well as guerre froide - remorquage, perhaps even iko - jungle city.

so, if you have any further recommendations for me, please let me know - calm songs of similar genres including crickets, cicadas are super welcome!
