Description:

Daughter of Larry Lance and Dinah Drake Lance (the original Black Canary).

Notes:

Dinah Laurel Lance's retroactive first appearance as the second Black Canary was in Justice League of America (DC, 1960 series) #75 (November 1969). Her secret origin was revealed in issues #219 (October 1983) and #220 (November 1983).

From 1969-1983, Black Canary was the same character as the Golden Age Black Canary. In 1983, Roy Thomas retroactively established that the Black Canary that joined the Justice League was secretly the daughter of the original.
