Jack Kemp was ahead of most of his peers in his thinking. It's hard to believe he was a Republican and considered to be conservative, as so many of his ideas are currently in the Democrat agenda, and highly criticized by Tea Party Republicans! Whatever your party, it's a book worth reading, and you can get it used (and inexpensive!)

through Amazon.,com marketplace dealers. He also wrote An American Renaissance: a Strategy for the 1980s! It's part of our history, and everyone could benefit from reading both. I recommend it highly.
