Tier 3 offers more intensive support for people facing complex barriers to finding employment.

The Vivid Sydney festival's drone show has been cancelled after a technical malfunction.

The show's operator says a change in radio frequency caused 89 drones to fall into the harbour.

A Vivid Sydney spokesperson says Tuesday and Wednesday's drone shows will not go ahead.

Leaked documents have cast doubt over mining giant BHP's ability to meet its net zero pledge.

BHP's emissions from its iron ore operations in WA, which account for 30 per cent of its total, are forecast to be cut by just 1 per cent by 2030.

And it has delayed renewable projects in the Pilbara, including the rollout of electric trucks and trains.

BHP said it remained committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
