One of the two banners carried by Perrin's men, the other being the Red Wolfhead Banner. It was the same as that of ancient Manetheren, consisting of a red eagle flying across a field of blue.[1][2] It was used by Perrin in Altara to distract from his real intentions. Perrin put it aside when he reached an alliance with the Seanchan.
