    Hi Team,

    First of all thanks for the great plugin.

    Recently we are facing a strange issue on the email log screen. When we navigate to the Email Log screen and click on the “Eye” icon or “Email Subject” to check the sent email but it shows blank.

    As soon as I click on the other email log or navigate to prev / next email log then I can see that email log again.

    So the first time the email log is not showing up. It shows when we click on another email log or do prev / next via email log popup.

    Can you please take a look into this?

    • PHP Version:
    • WordPress Version:
    • Browser: Which browser are you using when you experience this issue (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)?

    Sorry for the delay response. OK below are the information but if you check the plugin you can easily find out the issue there.

    • FluentSMTP Version: 2.2.90
    • PHP Version: 8.1.22 (Supports 64bit values)
    • WordPress Version: 6.7.2
    • Browser: I have checked in FireFox and Chrome. I think all browser have issue.

    So the first time the email log is not showing up when we click on it. Email content shows black in popup. It shows when we click on another email log or do prev / next via email log popup.

    Hi,

    It’s OK. There is no need to answer. I have deactivated and removed the plugin from website.
