Email Log Shows Empty on First Click

Hi Team,
First of all thanks for the great plugin.
Recently we are facing a strange issue on the email log screen. When we navigate to the Email Log screen and click on the “Eye” icon or “Email Subject” to check the sent email but it shows blank.
As soon as I click on the other email log or navigate to prev / next email log then I can see that email log again.
So the first time the email log is not showing up. It shows when we click on another email log or do prev / next via email log popup.
Can you please take a look into this?
