    Does the job even at the free level. The premium obviously offers a more comprehensive set of options. Be sure to use backup software before letting security plugins do anything. They can often delete stuff you don’t want deleted. I use Updraft Plus. Even the free version allows you to install a clean WP, then the Updraft Plus plugin, then restore the whole site. Three steps.
