My site is on Divi, so I switched to twenty-twentyfive theme on our staging site and the fields appear, so it’s Divi related.
Thanks for sharing the details with us, @sarahrea! Can you confirm whether you’re using the main Divi theme and the Divi checkout modules? And can you confirm which version of Divi you are using? We’re trying to get to the root of the problem and would love to get more details to get this resolved as quickly as we can.

It sounds like there is an incompatibility issue only specific to the Divi theme. We are reaching out to Divi to investigate further.
Meanwhile, to understand your setup better, is the page built with Divi page builder elements or are you using the default [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode? If the page is customized with Divi, could you try using only the shortcode instead? Can you also share the link to your Checkout page?
@daledupreez I tried using both the main Divi theme and also my child theme, and the issue is on both. We are on Divi 4.27.6
@thup90 it is built with divi page builder elements. I’ve tried adding just the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] and it has the same issue. This is the staging site:

same issue here, no Divi theme, the 10.5 versions do not show the payment cards fields at all, no error, nothing in logs…
last working version: 10.4.0
Hi @sarahrea, thanks for sharing the additional details and for helping narrow this down. I can see how the missing credit or debit card fields at checkout would interrupt testing on your staging site.
As mentioned earlier by @thup90, the issue is currently being investigated. Our team has started looking into the reports around the checkout fields not appearing after the recent updates, including the cases involving Divi.

Hi! It also disappeared from the Astra theme.
