Needle-Needle is a Power Combo featured in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. It is a combination of two Needle abilities.

Upon activating the ability, Kirby surrounds himself with various sharp objects, such as a bee stinger, a nail, a compass, a sharpened pencil, a corkscrew, a medical syringe, an Opuntia cactus, and a three-pronged fork. Its range is greatly increased compared to the normal Needle Copy Ability. It should be noted that while the pointy instruments cover Kirby's body, he can stick to walls for a short time.

Like the other abilities in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, this ability does not change Kirby's physical appearance in any way until it is used.

In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Clutter Needle is heavily based on the Needle-Needle Power Combo.

Trivia[edit]

A pre-release version of Needle-Needle, with a tuning fork on the far right.
  • In a pre-release screenshot shown before Kirby 64's official release, Needle-Needle has a slightly different appearance. The rightmost object, instead of a cactus, is a two-pronged tuning fork that is dark gray in coloration. This appears to be referencing the Spear of Longinus from the Japanese anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.
