Driver Waddle Dee[conjectural title] is an enemy and stage hazard that debuted in the game Kirby: Planet Robobot. They are Waddle Dees who drive vehicles, ranging in size from passenger cars to larger trucks and buses. The vehicles themselves have headlights that resemble eyes. If Kirby is hit by one, he is sent flying toward the screen or the background, depending on the direction they are driving in. Driver Waddle Dees also respond to traffic lights if there are any, stopping at red lights and driving at green lights. They can be attacked and defeated with the Robobot Armor or by Meta Knight, which will often cause Point Stars or Food items to appear.

In Kirby Air Riders, a Driver Waddle Dee in a bus appears as one of the route characters in the Road Trip mode, running over Lovely to allow the rider to proceed to Metro Motorway.

- The cars driven by Driver Waddle Dees greatly resemble the Mad Car and Psycho Car enemies from EarthBound Beginnings. Notably, they debut in the same stage that introduces the ESP ability, which is modeled after Ness from EarthBound.
