This sounds like a billing sync issue where Copilot status hasn’t refreshed after the Pro upgrade, so waiting a bit or re-logging sometimes helps, and in general having stable tools is as important as good earning games where progress only updates once the system fully syncs. |

Hello everyone,
I am hoping a GitHub Staff member can help me here, as I am completely stuck and the official support channels are not working.
The Copilot Issue:
My GitHub Copilot subscription recently failed to auto-renew due to a temporary issue with my bank card. Because of this, my account was downgraded to "Copilot Free".
I have now updated my payment method. To confirm it works, I successfully subscribed to the GitHub Pro base plan today. However, the option to renew or upgrade my Copilot subscription is completely missing from my billing page.
I am aware there is currently a pause on new Copilot Individual sign-ups, but I am an existing user simply trying to fix a failed renewal.
The Support Form Issue:
I tried to open a support ticket to get my Copilot reactivated, but the GitHub Support contact form is broken. No matter what browser, device, or network I use, submitting the form always gives a red error: "There was an issue with your request. Please check the form fields and try again."
I also tried emailing support@github.com directly, but it was blocked/bounced.
Could a GitHub Staff member please look into my account (Username: Amosshaibi) and help me reactivate my Copilot, or at least help me open an internal support ticket?
I have attached screenshots showing my successful payment today and the missing Copilot option.
