Hi everyone,

This was a terrible experience. My student application was revoked after verification, and I was asked to provide more information. I was able to provide the information, but I couldn't restart the application, and the links in my email redirected me to an error page. I submitted a support ticket, but it was automatically closed. It was an extremely bad experience. Is anyone responsible for handling this? Is anyone even following up on this? It's incredibly frustrating. I should probably file a complaint.
