Nathanael didn’t even want to meet the guy. He was just doing it as a favor to his friend, Philip, who was convinced this wandering prophet from Nazareth was something special. “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Nathanael shot back at him. “Come and see,” was all Philip would reply. Come and see, three little words that would alter Nathanael’s life forever. Like Nathaniel, it takes all of our faith to remember that even out of Nazareth can and will come greatness that will transform the world.
11:45am Common Ground
Common Ground is an inclusive contemporary worship experience encouraging all to take the next step in faith and justice. All Common Ground activities will take place on Sundays at 11:45 in the Sanctuary. On Worship Sundays, we’ll experience upbeat contemporary music, Scripture lessons, and a message that speaks to faith in action.

December Monthly Mission
Our very own Food Pantry is December’s monthly mission.
Our long-running Wednesday Food Pantry serves all people in our community who are experiencing food insecurity. Anyone can pick up a food package from 3:30-5:30pm on Wednesdays. We need volunteer help to put the food packages together and serve them on Wednesday afternoons. To get involved, reach out to Pastor John at jnyota@fumcb.org. Click here to donate.
