Hacktoberfest recap

What a busy month! October brought with it that month long, open source obsessed celebration - Hacktoberfest! For those who aren't familiar with it, Hacktoberfest is an annual event hosted by DigitalOcean every October to celebrate and support open source participation. This was the Doc's fourth year participating in Hacktoberfest and this year was better than ever! Thanks to everyone who participated and submitted PRs to the Docs. Our team enjoyed collaborating with a lot of you and there were some pretty substantial additions to the Docs!
