Ruby: Experimental model editor support #14679

Work-in-progress support for working with Ruby models in the model editor.

Still missing:

Identify existing neutral models
Use models from data extensions in queries other than SQLi
Identify methods that use the block parameter (i.e. have an explicit &block arg, or call yield)

Add experimental support for the CodeQL Model Editor.

For model editing purposes.

This allows the model editor to find this query in a more robust way than by file path.
