Add models and tests for (mostly) numeric conversions.

Fixed a flow issue with OptionalSomePattern I bumped into on the way.

TODO:

  • can we catch this one as well:
	sink(arg: [UInt8](sourceString().utf8)) // $ MISSING: tainted=
  • DCA run
