Bump the python version for what's left.
Use cargo-llvm-cov for coverage data.
Skip some of the micro-benchmarks.

Merging this to get manually get a run going (the run on the branch worked fine).

Does llvm-cov work well? Adding https://codecov.io/ will be great if possible.

ah man, i've set the output of llvm-cov to be coverage.cov instead of coverage.lcov 🤦
