E to SE winds will gust 40-50 mph for the Outer Banks & Downeast Carteret county. These winds will slosh the Pamlico Sound to the west, resulting in minor Coastal Flooding along the Neuse/Pamlico Rivers & adjacent tributaries with water level rises of 1-2 feet above ground level.
