    I had an amazing 1 hour Uber ride with an African American driver where we chatted about the problems he has just cause of the color of his skin (his stories were eye opening and shocking) and how diversity in tech can help fix this problem or at least create more awareness.

    My brain today after a 1-1 session with installing ubuntu on windows and chrome for ubuntu using commands and all sorts of brain melting stuff. This is all a whole new world to me but learnt so much and now my code works on my machine 😅

    Beautiful run this morning in Fort Lauderdale. Wow it’s hot. For sure the hottest run I have probably ever done. It’s only 29C but it feels so much hotter. The air is hot 🥵. Tomorrow get up much earlier. 7am run would probably be better. But slept amazing last night. No jet lag

    Reflecting back on talk yesterday on diversity. How can we create solutions to problems we don’t know exist or we have never experienced. This is why we need diversity. Cause people who have experienced these problems can use tech to create amazing solutions.

    Speaking at conferences is great fun but also hard work. Today I was tired so did get up early for a run 😬. Yes I do get tired every year or so 😂. Managed to do a 15km walk though. Budapest is a beautiful city. So much to see. And lovely people too. Will be back for sure 🥰
