I replaced the "octocat" in line 157 with "YOUR_USERNAME" so it matches the naming conventions of the other command line snippets in the document.

Why:

Closes #17641

What's being changed:

I replaced the "octocat" in line 157 with "YOUR_USERNAME" so it matches the naming conventions of the other command line snippets in the document.
