I've got lots of opinions on resilience as a workplace competency. Yes, it's a helpful skill. But resilience as a requirement is something different. Here are some thoughts from and I as part of the Bad Boss BS series

We need to feel a little less comfortable asking “Why is content design or content strategy important?” and a little more comfortable asking “Why do we have senior folks in tech who don’t understand why content’s important (when it is literally at the core of every product)?”

‘Stay alert’ means ‘be on your guard.’ That is entirely different to ‘obey the rules’. Does the government need more content designers, as I know a few who’d love to help you all learn how to write?

Hi friends, I’m about to start a Welsh language content project and need some help! Does anyone know of any Welsh-lang style guides, or guides to writing in clear (‘plain’) Welsh please? Or a Welsh-lang content person who’d be happy to chat? Diolch!
